The Stephens Residence is a single-family home located in Fullerton. The owner aimed to legalize the unauthorized living space by obtaining a permit and adding a 300-square-foot Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU) as a new rental space. The primary scope of the project involved demolishing the existing illegal patio structure that had been used as an interior space and creating a new den and JADU.
